摘要
熔接线性能不仅取决于材料性能,而且取决于成型工艺条件,通过对不同成型温度条件下PA66(Zytel70G33L)熔接线强度的实验研究发现,随着熔体温度的升高,有熔接线和或无熔接线的试样拉伸强度都会随着温度的升高而升高;但在没有熔接线的情况下,拉伸强度的变化非常缓慢,在成型温度范围内,这种变化一般不会超过5%,而对于具有熔接线的试样,这种变化接近20%,数值分析结果显示,纤维的取向和不同的Skin-Core-Skin结构上的变化是决定熔接线强度的主要因素.
The properties of weld line are not only determined by materials, but also by processing conditions. In this paper,the tensile strength of injection-molded glass fiber-reinforced PA66 (Zytel 70G33L) with and without weld lines, with different melting temperatures, are studied with experimental and numerical methods.It shows that the strength with and without weld lines strengthens with the melt temperature elevating, for samples without weld line, the strength is enhanced only within about 5%, but for samples with weld line, this varieties approximated 20%. The numerical analysis shows that the main factors that affect the strength of weld line are fiber orientation and skin-core-skin structure.
