摘要
从基本的磁链方程入手深入分析两相导通三相六状态星形方波永磁无刷直流电机运行模式,给出了其相电流的解析表达式,建立了计及绕组电感的永磁无刷直流电机稳态电路模型。相电流的理论波形与实测波形非常一致。从理论上解决了方波永磁无刷直流电机中电枢电阻大于绕组直流电阻,转矩系数大于电势系数和机械特性非线性等问题,并揭示了它们之间的数量关系。
In this paper, the terminal potential circuit equation of the permanent-magnet brushless DC motor was derived on the basis of the basic phase flux linkage equations. As far as the three-phase full-bridge square wave motors with wye-connected phase windings and with two transistorsconducting at any time was concerned, its fundamentaloperational patterns were revealed by means of equivalent circuits. The analytical expression of the phase current whose theoretical waveform was similar to its test waveform was presented, and the average static current model allowing for the windings inductances was also developed. The reasons why the windings resistance on the operational condition is larger than its direct current value, why the torque constant KT is larger than the back-EMF constant KE, and why its operational characteristicsis non linear, were theoretically explained by this model.
