摘要
用CO2 超临界流体萃取得到的芦笋 (AsparagusofficinalisL .)提取物 ,用甲醇抽提醇溶部分 ,经用液质联用仪检测 ,得到 5 6个紫外检测峰。其中 ,有保留时间与熊果酸基本一致的峰。其质谱的分子离子峰及特征碎片峰也与熊果酸的一致。确定该化合物为熊果酸。
The asparagus extracts were gotten by CO 2 supercritical fluid extraction (SFE),and then the part of the extracts were extracted with methanol and detected with LC/MS.The result showed that there was a ultraviolet detection peak whose retention time was basically the same as that of ursolic acid and the mass- spectrum molecular ion peak and characteristic fragment peak were also the same as those of ursolic acid.So it was determined that the compound was ursolic acid.
