摘要
信息革命和网络技术将人类带进一个空前文明和高度知识化的时代。数字化时代对传统的学报编辑工作以及他们的编稿人———编辑提出了全新的挑战。笔者作为高校学报的一名中年女性编辑,深感肩上的责任重大。因此,就知识经济时代,中年女性编辑如何重新定位,以适应知识经济时代的发展要求,从三个方面谈了自己的看法。与同仁们商榷共勉。
Information revolution and web technology have brought human beings into a new era of record high level of civilization and knowledge.The digital era has raised a brand new challenge to traditional editing work and to the people-- editors. The writer of this article, a middle-aged woman editor of a college journal,feeling the responsibility of the time,discusses how to relocate the function of editors of her peer,to meet the demands of the developing knowledge economy from three respects.
