摘要
目的 :探讨指屈肌腱指段生物力学特性。方法 :取新鲜成人尸体的示、中、环、小指各 2 0指 ,分别采用拉伸实验和冲击实验方法进行生物力学测试分析。结果 :①拉伸试验 :指段的中部是强度危险区 ;②冲击试验 :快负荷时 ,指段强度小于骨质 ;慢负荷时 ,指段强度大于骨质。结论 :肌腱指段在负荷下 ,除表现有粘弹特性外 ,还表现出速度依赖性 ;其机械性能随负荷速度的不同而变化。
Objective:To investigate biomechanical properties of digital segments of human flexor digitorum tendons.Methods:Twenty digits we collected from the index,middle,ring and little fingers of adult fresh cadavers respectively were used to study their biomechanical properties by stretch test and impact test.Results:①The stretch test showed the middle part of the digital segments was a dangerous area of strenght.②The impact test showed the strength of the digital segmehts was smaller than that of bone matrix in the rapid-loading period and greater than that of bone matrix in the slow-loading period.Conclusion:Under loading material behaviour showed velocity-dependent property apart from viscoelasticity,Its mechinical property changed according to the velocity of loading.
