索支承门式刚架模型静力试验研究 被引量:10

Static load experimental investigation to model of cable-strut portal frame

摘要 本文设计并实施了一榀10m跨索支承实腹式门式刚架模型试验。通过对不加预应力的普通门式刚架以及两种不同预应力水平索支承刚架的静力试验,不仅验证了索支承门式刚架结构承载性能上的优越性,而且了解了在预应力施加过程中以及在荷载作用下索支承刚架结构内力和变形的变化规律。试验还就索支承刚架的节点构造形式及预应力施加工艺进行了探讨。为探索这种结构的理论分析方法,本文还采用混合有限元法分析了试验模型,并通过试验与理论结果的对比分析验证了该方法对这种结构的适用性。 A model test on 10m span cable strut portal frame was designed and carried out . Through the static load tests of three different kinds of initial states, namely without prestress, lower prestress and higher prestress, not only the advantage of cable strut portal frame over common portal frame was clarified, but also some mechanical characteristics of cable strut portal frame was found. During the experiment, the construction mode of nodes and the prestress application manner of this kind of structure were also studied and tried. By the comparison of theoretical results and experimental results, the adaptability of the theoretical analysis method proposed in this paper was verified.
