摘要
对已建立的直管气流干燥模拟方程采用Matlab语言调用标准四阶Runge-Kutta法,给出高精度的数值解。对于多自变量参数干燥优化方程,依旧以模拟方程为基础,采用多次正交试验法进行模拟试验并求出相应的目标函数,逐渐逼近最优值,最终获得了最优值,并对结果进行了分析。
The numeral solution of the mathematical simulation equation stood for gas flow drying process was obtained by the standard four-step Runge-Kutta method. Based on the simulation equation, the optimization model with more independent variable parameters of drying process could be solved, the corresponding target function values were gained by means of orthogonal simulation experiments, so the values approached the best gradually, the optimization solution could be arrived. Finally, the results analyses were carried out.
