摘要
为验证使用基于能量的动力学稳定性评价指标度量人体运动稳定性的有效性,在人体双足站立受扰平衡实验中,对4个年轻受试者进行了23次不同强度的背部扰动试验。结果表明:动力学评价指标对于发生跨步的预测准确率为83%,对于不发生跨步的预测准确率为65%,总的预测准确率为70%,预测结果与实验结果基本吻合。由此可见,该指标较准确地度量了人体运动中的稳定性,其度量的准确度明显高于静力学评价指标(总预测准确率为52%),特别对于人体质心速度较大的情况,其准确度更高。基于能量的稳定裕量作为一种定量评价指标,用于描述人体运动中的动力学稳定性是可行的。
Four healthy male subjects were recruited to verify the validity of a dynamic index based on an energy threshold for evaluating the stability of the human body while standing. They were disturbed by different intensity forces in 23 trials while standing upright. The predictive accuracy of the dynamic index for stepping was 83% while the accuracy for standing still was 65%. The simulation predictions using the energybased threshold match well with the experimental results with the dynamic evaluation index showing better predictive capacity (70%) than the static model (52%) for all cases. The energybased dynamic index accurately evaluates human body stability during motion, especially for high center of mass velocities. The energybased stability reserve can be used as a quantitative index to evaluate human body stability during motion.
