摘要
研究了酚醛型吸附树脂JDW 1、JDW 2 (自制 )和DuoliteS 76 1对VB12 的静态和动态吸附 .结果表明 ,JDW 1对VB12 的吸附量达 84mg g ,明显优于DuoliteS 76 1;吸附VB12 的初始阶段 ,即达到 4 3%~6 9%平衡吸附时 ,吸附速率数据和半经验速率方程很吻合 ;酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附VB12 的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程 ,相关系数在 0 99以上 ,因此 ,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附VB12 属单分子层吸附 ;在动态条件下 ,用含甲醇 80 %溶液以 1 1BV h来洗脱吸附VB12 的JDW 2 ,在 4 2、6 4个床体积的洗脱率分别是 92 2 0 %、95 93% ,这表明酚醛型吸附树脂具有良好的洗脱性能 ,用含甲醇为 80 %溶液作洗脱剂从JDW 2洗脱VB12 。
The adsorption of VB 12 was studied by using three ph enolic resin adsorbents:JDW 1,JDW 2,prepared in the laboratory and a commerci al product Duolite S 761 under static and dymanic conditions.The experimental r esults show that JDW 1 is superior to Duolite S 761 in adsorption of VB 12 (the s aturation adsorption capacity of JDW 1 for VB 12 is 84 mg/g dried resin).A semi e mpirical rate equation adequately fits the sorption rate data of VB 12 in t he ini tial period,till about 43%~69% of the equilibrium adsorption.The equilibrium adsorption date for phenolic resin adsorbents/VB 12 sys tems showed good agreement with the Langmuir isotherm equation.The correlation coeff icients are larger than 0 99.The adsorption of VB 12 therefore is monomole cular adsorption. Experiments of stripping VB 12 from JDW 2 resin with 80% aqueous methoanol showed that 92 20% and 95 93% of the adsorbed VB 12 we re removed at 4 2 and 6 4 bed volumes, respectively,(the desorption rate was 1 1 BV/h).It implies that phenolic resin adsorbents own excellent desorption performance, and it is good to use 80% aqueous methanol as desorption solvent for stripping VB 12 from JDW 2.
