三维有限元分析基底冠厚度对金属烤瓷冠应力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析下颌第一磨牙金属烤瓷冠受载时的应力状况。当临床备牙量一定时(咬合面冠厚2.0mm),研究不同基底冠厚度(0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8mm)对基底冠和瓷层应力状况的影响,为金属烤瓷冠的临床应用提供依据。方法:采用三维有限元分析方法。结果:随着基底冠厚度从0.2mm增大到0.8mm,基底冠和瓷上的压应力峰值与Mises应力峰值有增大的趋势,拉应力峰值则呈降低的趋势。但是,当基底冠厚度为0.2mm时,拉应力峰值远远大于基底冠厚度为0.4,0.6,0.8mm时的拉应力峰值,而后3种厚度基底冠之间的拉应力峰值变化不明显。结论:临床制备烤瓷牙时,选择0.4mm厚度的基底冠较为合理。 AIM:To analyze the stress distribution of the porcelain fused to metal(PFM) crowns of the mandibular first molar under the force,and to study the effects of different thickness of metal base(0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8 mm) on the metal base and the porcelain layers when the overall occlusal thickness was maintained(2.0 mm) so as to provide evidence for the clinical application of the PFM crown. METHODS:Three dimension finite element analysis was adopted. RESULTS:The peak values of compressive stress and the Mises stress were increased as the thickness of metal crown was increased from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm,while the peak value of tensile stress was decreased. The peak value of tensile stress in the PFM crown 0.2 mm in metal base thickness was much higher than the value in the PFM crown 0.4,0.6 and 0.8 mm in metal base thickness. The peak value of tensile stress in the PFM crown 0.4,0.6 and 0.8 mm in metal base thickness had no obvious difference. CONCLUSION:The reasonable thickness of base metal should be 0.4 mm when PFM crown is applied clinically.
