摘要 在适宜的制备聚合硫酸铁的条件下考察了助聚剂的种类、用量、反应温度、原料浓度以及存放时间等因素对聚合硫酸铁溶液的全铁含量及盐基度的影响。结果表明:在体系中原料FeSO4质量浓度为30.6%,25℃时加入绿矾质量0.8%的合适的助聚剂,反应2.5h,可提高盐基度近20%,全铁含量不变,产品絮凝性能明显优于未改性聚合硫酸铁PFS及聚丙烯酰胺PAM。 The effects on the whole iron content and alkalization degree by adding assistfloculant in the preparation process of polymerizex ferric sulphate under suitable conditions were studied. The factors, such as the variety of assistflocculant, consumption, reaction temperature, FeSO_4 concentration and resting period, were investigated. The results show that the alkalization degree of the product is improved to about 20% and the whole iron contant is unvariable under the optimum conditions of which 0.8% of the quantity of greenvitriol suitable assistflocculant is added in the system, the mass percent of FeSO_4 is 30.6%, the reaction temperature is 25℃, the reaction time is 2.5h. The flocculation of the product is obviously better than unmodificated PFS and PAM.
