摘要
提出一种输入和输出空间参考平面取在物象共轭平面处的高斯光束等价光线追迹的新方法,不仅可处理实际复杂光学系统高斯光束的传输和变换,而且能方便地算出象散、场曲和畸变等象差。
A new method is proposed for Gaussian beam ray-equivalent tracing when two con-jugate planes of the system are chosen for input and output planes. The method makes it pos-sible to cope with conveniently a complex optic system not only in the propagation and transfor-mation of Gaussian beam, but also in the aberrations such as astigmatism, curvature of the fieldand distortions.
