摘要
本文主要研究油膜轴承动态特性系数的现场识别方法,针对现场识别无法施加人工激振、测点较少,转子不平衡量未知,测点偏离轴承中心等实际限制条件,文中提出一种迭代识别法,直接利用转子不平衡响应(位移时间历程)来识别实际工况下油膜轴承的动态特性系数,最后通过计算机仿真算例分析,取得了满意的结果.
In this paper, the identification method of dynamic characteristic coefficients of oil film bearing in worksite is presented. For the case of on-the-spot identification, there are many practical constrained condition, such as the difficulty of manual excitation, lacking of enough measuring spots, unknown the unbalance condition of rotor, the departure of measuring spot from the center of bearing, etc. So we suggest an iteration identification method, by using the unbalance response(displacement time history) of rotor, the dynamic characteristic coefficients of oil film bearing in practical work condition may be identified. At last, a practical computer simulating example is calculated, and its results are agreeable.
