大鼠嗅球微血管变化的定量研究与老年嗅觉障碍的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:定量研究不同龄大鼠嗅球微血管的直径、密度、分布及形态学变化,探讨其与老年嗅觉障碍关系。方法:应用TA-Fe法媒染显示嗅球微血管构筑;用目镜测微尺按体视学方法测定嗅球微血管直径、密度(MVD);用CMIAS图像分析系统测定微血管面积比(MVA);并进行统计分析。结果:老龄组犤(24.11±4.17),(26.32±3.28)个犦嗅球内微动脉较青龄组犤(43.24±6.14),(33.19±5.26)个犦、成龄组犤(47.53±7.38),(38.16±5.69)个犦稀疏、纤细,血管腔狭窄,MVD、MVA显著变小(t>1.96,P<0.05)。结论:TA-Fe法可充分、清晰地显示嗅球微血管,为对其进行定量研究提供了一种新方法;老龄组嗅球微血管减少、变细,MVD、MVA降低,造成供血不足而致神经元发生病理改变,可能是导致老年性嗅觉障碍的原因之一。 AIM:To quantitatively investigate the microvessel diameter, density,distribution and morphological changes in olfactory bulb of rats at different age.METHODS:Tannic acid-ferric chloride method(TA-Fe) was applied to demonstrate the microvessel construct.The microvessel diameter and density(MVD) were detected stereometrically with ocular micrometer,while the ratio of microvessel area(MVA) was determined and analyzed withy computer aided image analysis system(CIAS). RESULTS:The microvessel in the olfactory bulb of the aged rats(24.11±4.17,26.32±3.28) olfactory was more rarefied,slim and narrow as compared with those in the young(43.24±6.14,33.19±5.26) and adult ones (47.53±7.38,38.16±5.69).MVD and MVA had significant decrease (t >1.96,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:TA-Fe method is a successful and ideal way for revealing the microvessels distinctly and fully in olfactory bulb.This investigation also presents a new way for studying the microvessels quantitatively.It is suggested that the reducing and slimming of microvessels in olfactory bulb, the decrease of MVD and MVA and neuron pathological changes caused by insufficient blood supply may be the reasons of dysosmia in aged rats.
