现代主题公园的竞争焦点及创新对策分析 被引量:42

摘要 本文在重构主题公园持续发展的影响因子系统的基础上 ,分析了未来一段时期内主题公园竞争的五大焦点 ,即空间竞争、市场体系、主导品牌、文化内涵和生命周期 ,进而提出了现代主题公园竞争的六个努力方向 ,以期指导国内主题公园尤其是大型主题公园建立和维持长久的竞争优势。 Draw back from the day on which the Splendid China in Shenzhen opened to tourists in 1989, Chinese theme park industry has experienced a history of 14 years. Recall the very period, there are many successful cases, such as the three theme parks in Shenzhen and the three ones in Wuxi, but much more parks failed in the end because of the unclear position or the absence of operational features. What's more regretful is that many new theme parks were built in some cities, though the scientific analysis has not been made. Generally speaking, Chinese theme park industry is stepping into a new competition period, during which the competition focuses and ways of theme parks will take great even definite changes. So every theme park in China have to put emphasis on cultivating the core abilities, and take suitable competition countermeasures as well, in order to build and keep long-term competitive strengths. On the contrary, during a long period, domestic scholars and enterprisers haven't made a systematic analysis on the influential factors for theme parks' development and competition laws, thus there have been many examples of reconstruction and low-level-running in Chinese theme park industry. With the competition among theme parks getting more and more heated at home and abroad, it doomed that Chinese theme park industry will experience a great integration. Based on redesigning the influential factors system for theme parks' sustainable development, this article analyzed the five competition focuses of theme park industry during a period in the future, that is spatial competition, market system, main brand, culture supporting and life circle, then puts forward the six directions on which modern theme parks should put emphasis, in order to guide Chinese theme parks especially large parks establish and remain long-term competitive advantages.
