摘要
目的 :探讨阿魏酸稳定性及高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 :以甲酸∶水 (5∶95 )为阿魏酸对照品的溶剂 ,甲酸∶甲醇 (5∶95 )为样品的溶剂 ,固定相 :ShimpackCLC-ODS(15 0mm× 6mm) ,流动相 :0 .2 %甲醇乙腈 0 .1%磷酸 0 .1%三乙胺水溶液 (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 :32 4nm ,流速 :1.0mL·min-1。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 .70 4~ 17.6 μg·mL-1范围内线性良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均加样加样回收率为 99.33% ,RSD为 0 .6 0 %。结论 :该方法简便快速 。
AIM: The purpose is to study the stability of ferulic acid and develop a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in angelica sinensis by HPLC. METHODS: The solvent of reference ferulic acid was HCOOH H 2O(5∶95), but the solvent of the sample was HCCOH CH 3OH(5∶95). The separation was performed on Shimpack CLC -ODS column with acetonitrile (containing 0.2% methanol) 0.1% triethylamine (containing 0.1% phosphate)(20∶80) as mobile phase. Ferulic acid was detected at 324nm with flowing rate as 1.0mL·min -1 . RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear ( r =0.9998) in the range of 0.704 17.6 μg·mL -1 for ferulic acid. The average recovery was 99.33% and RSD 0.60%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is quick and convenient for determination of ferulic acid.
