摘要 根据刚果红与β-1,3-1,4-葡聚糖紧密结合而保持红色的特征,采用改进的方法筛选β-葡聚糖酶高产霉菌。从牛的瘤胃中筛选出产酶活力高的17株霉菌中获得一株高产β-葡聚糖酶的曲霉,在摇瓶条件下产酶活力达2269u/ml。经初步鉴定,该菌株为局限曲霉。 Based on the fact that congo red dye closely combined witha-1,3-1,4-dextranase to maintain red color,high-yielda-dextranase mildew was s elected by modified methods.17mildew strains of high enzyme-producing capabi lity were obtained from bovine rumen.Among all the17strains,one high-yield a-dextranase aspergillus strain was finally obtained with its enzyme-producin g capa-bility as high as2296u/ml under the condition of flask shaking.The preliminary identification indicated that the strain belonges to aspergillus re strictus.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
