摘要
高效的指令系统和片内集成的A/D、D/A转换器 ,使 80C1 96在自动控制领域中获得了广泛的应用。在基于微机的电机教学实验系统中 ,我们使用 80C1 96作为下位机实现对电机转速、转矩、温度、电流、电压物理量检测 ,并使用键盘显示芯片ZLG72 89A完成参数设置及采样数据的显示 ,同时将数据存贮并送到上位机进行进一步处理。现介绍该系统的下位机结构并讨论应用中应注意的一些问题。
Intel 80C196 has been widely used in the control systems because of its effective instructions and the integrated A/D,D/A Converter. In an experiment system based on PC,80C196 is selected as the control kernel in the subsystem to measure the voltage,current,torque,speed and surrounding temperature of the motor. In this system,ZLG7289A is also used to set the parameters and display the measured values. The data acquired are stored and sent to PC for further processing. The structure of the subsystem and some suggestions are presented in the paper for its proper use.
