草酸铁与复合体联合修复楔状缺损的临床研究

摘要 目的 :评价草酸铁牙本质脱敏剂和复合体联合修复楔状缺损后牙齿感觉过敏的发生情况。方法 :4 9名2 10个牙髓活力正常的楔状缺损患者 ,冷热、探诊敏感 ,均无牙周疾病。治疗过程由一名口腔内科医生承担。尽可能选每名患者一侧牙齿作实验组 ,另一侧作对照组。实验组采用草酸铁脱敏剂复合体修复 10 4个患牙 ,对照组单纯用复合体修复 10 6个患牙 ,观察修复术后即时和半年的临床效果。结果 :草酸铁脱敏剂 +复合体实验组 ,其即时疗效 (98.0 8% )和半年疗效 (96 .15 % )分别高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :草酸铁与复合体联合修复楔状缺损 。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the combination of Sensodyne ferric oxalate dentin desensitizer and Compoglass F on the occurrence of tooth hypersensitivity after wedge-shaped defect restorations.Methods:210 cervical wedged-shape defects with normal pulp from 49 patients were chosen. For each patient, teeth of one side were experimental group, and the other side was the control group. The treatment was given by the same dentist. For the experimental group, Sensodyne and Compoglass F were applied to the restorations of 104 teeth. For the control group only Compoglass F was applied to 106 teeth. Evaluation was carried out immediately and half a year after treatment and analyzed by statistics. Results:The immediate and half a year's clinical effects in the experimental group were 98.08% and 96.15% respectively, which is higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The combination of Sensodyne ferric oxalate aqueous solution and Compoglass F in the wedge-shaped defect restorations could decrease the occurrence of tooth hypersensitivity.
