摘要
本文在冷斜轧理论研究的基础上 ,探讨了冷斜轧复合工艺生产双金属管的可行性。文中首先建立了考虑应变、应变率、润滑条件和材料加工硬化等因素的钢管冷斜轧过程的数学模型 ,然后利用塑性成形问题的刚塑性有限元算法计算了钢管冷斜轧过程中塑性变形区的各种分布量 ,如速度场、应力、应变场等 ,其结果对选择合理的工艺参数、生产大直径双金属复合管具有重要意义。
On the basis of cold-cross-rolling theory, the applicability of the cold-cross-rolling process for bi-metal tube is discussed in the paper. The paper firstly proposes the mathematical model of the cold-cross-rolling process of steel tubes, which takes the factors, such as strain, strain rate, lubricating condition and machining hardening of material etc. into account. It then works out the distribution fields of various variables like speed, stress and strain in the plastic deformation region of the whole process with the rigid-plastic finite-element methodology. The results from it are of great instructive significance for the correct design of roller shape, the selection of the reasonable rolling process parameters and the production of large-diameter bi-metal tubes of high accuracy.
