摘要
用流动显示的方法对城垛形喷口气固两相圆湍射流中的拟序结构进行了研究。实验中采用直径为150 μm和350μm的玻璃微珠示踪固相,固相的气载比大约在1.0左右。喷口流动雷诺数为5000,斯德鲁哈尔数为0.50。实验结果表明:城垛形喷口能够影响两相圆湍射流中大涡结构的产生和演化。无动态激励时,城垛形喷口能促进大涡结构的产生和演化。有动态激励时,该喷口对射流中拟序结构的影响与流场中的颗粒大小有关。因此,城垛形喷口是控制两相圆湍射流拟序结构的一个有效途径。
The effect of battlement-shaped nozzles on the coherent structures in gas-particle two-phase turbulent round jet was investigated experimentally by flow visualization. Glass beads of 150 μm and 350 μm diameter were used as laden particles in the experiment. The particle' mass loading ratio was 1.0. The jet Reynolds number based on nozzle diameter and velocity was 5000, and the Strouhal number based on the nozzle diameter was 0.50. The experimental results show that the battlement-shaped nozzles have significant effects on the evolution of coherent structure of gas-particle two phase round jet. For the unforced cases, the battlement-shaped nozzles are always to promote the evolution of coherent structures. But for the forced cases, the effect of the battlement-shaped nozzles on the coherent structures was related to the diameter of particles. It can be concluded that the battlement-shaped nozzles are effective means to control the coherent structures of gas-particle two-phase turbulent round jet.
