摘要
本文主要从理论上探讨了电子商务、网络财务的特征、功能 ,在此基础上 ,提出了电子商务对财务会计信息系统的要求 ,提出了与电子商务相适应的网络财务软件及其特性 。
This article discusses mainly on the feature and function theoretically. The author, then, puts forward the requirement for finance-accounting information system from electronic commerce, explains the web-finance software and its feature in accordancee with electronic commerce, and points out the problems existing in web-finance, and the counter policy.
