摘要
介绍了供塔里木奥陶系地层酸化压裂用的酸液性能,考察了各组分对酸液的腐蚀性、酸岩反应性、乳化性和返排性的影响,对新型酸液复合添加剂SD1-7的性能进行了评定。试验结果表明,本文推荐的酸液腐蚀性弱,与岩石的反应速度小,残酸液表面张力低,施工效果良好。
The ordovician oil reservior of Talimu region in South Xinjiang is consisting mainly of limestone or dolomite and featured by geological complexities and high well tempera- tures(up to ~120℃).To perform aeidizing of such reservior some acidizing fluids and a multifunctional additive for them,SD 1-7,are developed.A typical formulation is recommended as follows:15—28%-hydrochloric acid+1.0—3.0% corrosion inhibitor CT 1-2+1.0—2.0% SD 1-7,local surface water is used for their preparation.SD 1-7 is a mixture of cationic and nonionie surfactants,a cationic polymeric compound,and a ferroferric ion stabilizer and performs in acidizing fluids simultaneously the functions of anti and defoamer,retarder,corrosion and Fe-scaling inhibitors,etc.The results of laboratory tests show that the corrosion rate of N80 steel specimens in the formulated acidizing fluids at 120℃ is low(≤33.6g/m^2·hr),their reaction with marble and different cores is significantly retarded,their emulsions formed with crude oil themselves undergo breaking-down at standing,the surface tension of the acid residue is fair low.The recommended acidizing fluids have been used in some 20 wells in Talimu region with successes.
