摘要 目的 探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在胰腺癌组织中的表达和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学Envision法对 51例胰腺导管癌Survivin和VEGF的表达进行检测。结果  51例胰腺导管癌中Survivin蛋白的表达率为 80 4% ,VEGF的表达率为68 6% ;二者在 11例癌旁非肿瘤胰腺组织中均未发现阳性表达。Survivin的表达与组织学分级有关(P <0 0 1) ,而与临床分期和淋巴结转移关系不大 (P >0 0 5) ;VEGF的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5) ,而与组织学分级关系不大 (P >0 0 5) ;Survivin的表达与VEGF的表达密切相关(P <0 0 1)。二者的表达与病人的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、部位均无关。结论 Survivin和VEGF可能在胰腺癌的发生发展过程中起关键作用 ,二者在血管生成过程中密切相关 。 Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and VEGF in human pancreatic carcinoma and explore its relation to clinicobiological behavior. Methods The expression of Survivin and VEGF in 51 cases of human pancreatic ductal carcinoma was detected with immunohistochemistry of Envision. Results The expression of Survivin and VEGF in pancreatic ductal carcinoma was 80 4% and 68 6%, respectively. No expression of Survivin and VEGF was detected in adjacent normal tissue. The expression of Survivin was significantly associated with histological grade (P<0 01) but not with clinical stages and lymph node metastasis (P>0 05). The expression of VEGF was markedly related to clinical stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0 05) but not to histological grade (P>0 05). None of them were associated with the age, sex, tumor size and location. The expression of Survivin was closely correlated to that of VEGF (P<0 01). Conclusions Survivin and VEGF may play a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression in pancreatic cancer and have intimate relation in angiogenesis. Therefore, they may provide new targets for therapy of pancreatic cancer.
