摘要
现代管理中,对管理者来说,激励问题是一个关键的问题,又是一个困难的问题。激励的心理机制说明,需要是人的行为的原动力。要研究怎样激发人的积极性和创造性,就要研究人的需要。要想获得事半功倍的管理效果,就必须重视"尊重需要"。
To the governor, problem concerning encouragement is a key and difficult issue in the modern management. Psychological mechanism of encouragement illustrates that demand is the motive force to individual' s behavior. For the sake of taking up the problem of stimulating everyone' s initiative and creativity, the person' s demand should be studied. Attach importance to 'respected demand'so as to achieve twice the result for half the effort.
