摘要
针对海洋平台的安全问题,提出建设安全文化的设想。阐述了安全文化的概念和内涵,探讨了进行海洋平台安全文化建设、建立健全海洋平台安全文化管理系统的基本方法,并结合实际情况分析了海洋平台安全文化建设的特点。
Safety culture is discussed to resolve the safety organization in offshore platform.Considered the environment of offshore structure in operation,a basic method is offered to build the safety culture and to found a health safety management system in offshore platform Moreover the characteristics of safety culture in offshore structure have been analyzed for safety culture constructed effectively
