摘要
由于受诸多因素影响 ,导致输油管线原油来油量不均衡 ,使输油管线如按原有的输油方式完成输油任务 ,将造成输油成本上升 ,因此改变输油运行方式 ,减少开泵站数、台数是在完成输油任务前提下 ,降低输油成本的最好方法 ,但因水力条件的改变 ,在某种条件下易造成某一管段动水压力超过管线允许最高值 ,给管线安全带来隐患。本文主要讨论在低输油量下 ,动水压力对输油管线的影响因素。
Under the low oil transportation way,in order to meet transportation amount′s needs and reduce the oil cost,usually we adopt the method that reduced opening the number of pumps and stations.Because of the change of the water conservancy condition,it makes that incident water pressure of some pipeline exceed pipeline allow supreme value and bring the hidden danger to security of the pipeline.It is very essential for different operation ways to make check of water pressure.
