摘要
介绍了竹纤维素纤维与棉纤维混纺竹节纱的生产工艺配置。在竹纤维素纤维与棉纤维混纺竹节纱的生产过程中 ,竹节工艺参数的设计极为重要 ,竹节工艺参数包括竹节纱周期长度、捻度、竹节长度、粗度和竹节密度。竹节工艺参数的大小与织物的用途密切相关 ,若设计不合理就会产生纬向有规律的竹节布而成为疵布 。
The production technology disposing of bamboo cellulose fibre & cotton fibre blended slubby yarn is introduced. In this kind of slubby yarn producing, the parameters design is the most important thing, which including slubby yarn cycle length, twist, slubby length, slubby count and slubby density. Values of above mentioned parameters have very closed relation to the fabric usage. If they are designed not very rational, it'll become regular slubby defects cloth. So, these technology parameters are very important.
