摘要
通过正交试验,建立了桃SSR反应体系,对桃的6个种和扁桃进行了鉴定;对谱带进行数字化转换,用SPSS11.5中的Jaccard聚类方法对结果进行了聚类,发现桃亚属间普通桃与新疆桃的亲缘关系最近,陕甘山桃与甘肃桃间也有较近的亲缘关系,在相似系数小于0.589时,普通桃、新疆桃、陕甘山桃、甘肃桃4个种被聚为一类,与这4个种相近的为光核桃,其次为山桃,最远的为扁桃。
Levels of SSR-PCR factors were ascertain ed by orthogonal experiment in this paper.Genetic relationship of six species of peach and one species of Prunus amygdalus Stokes was identified with eighteen pairs of SSR primers.When clus-tered the changed data using Jaccard's method by soft SPSS11.5,we found that P.persica ssp.ferganensis Kost.et Riab. and P.persica(L.)Batsch were the most similar ones in seven species.P.pota ninii Batal.and P.kansuensis Rehd.also showed a high similarity coefficient. When similarity coefficient was below0.589,P.persica ssp.ferganensis Ko st.et.Riab.,P.persica(L.)Batsch,P.persica var.potaninii Batal.and P .kansuensis Rehd.could be clustered into one group.P.mira Koehne was drew ne ar to this group,and then the P.davidiana(Carr.)Franch,P.amygdalus Stokes was third ly nearer to this group.
