摘要
从人力资源的角度来说,教师是一种高层次的人力资源,属于学有所长的专门性人力资源。教师人力资源管理不同于一般的企业人力资源管理,与传统的人事管理有本质的区别。教师人力资源管理的目的是通过人力资源管理充分发挥教师的教育教学潜能,提高教育工作的绩效,满足社会对教育产品的要求。
From the perspective of human resources, teachers are a kind of higher level human resource which belong to the professional human resources. The human resource management of teachers is different from the one of enterprises, and it differs from the traditional personnel management in essence. The goals for the human resource management of teachers is to develop teachers' capacity and improve their efficiency so as to satisfy the social requirement for education and realize the educational goals.
