摘要
本文论述了用于彩电滤波器铌酸锂单晶生长直径自动等径控制浮秤所采用的硅应变电阻传感器的工作特性,并对其安装工艺进行了实验研究,使采用硅应变片的浮秤的灵敏度达到K≥0.15mV/g,同时具有较高的稳定性。用于等径控制铌酸锂单晶体的生长,获得了等径度为99.6%的性能优良的铌酸锂单晶。
This paper describes the working characteristics of silicon foil sensor adopted in automatic equi-diameter control float balance of lithium niobate single crystal growth diameter used for colour TV filter, and the experimental research is carried out for silicon strain resistance. The float balance using this silicon strain foil presents a sensitivity of is K≥0.15mV/g,and has high stability at the same time.Applied to growth of equi-diameter control lithium niobate single crystal,lithium niobate single crystal with equi-diameter rate of 99.6% has been obtained.
