摘要
邪教是一种具有严重危害性的邪恶组织,危及到社会的稳定和发展。我国对当代反邪教的有关立法尚存在不足,对此进行了详细的分析后,就完善我国反邪教立法问题提出了一些建议。
The article first introduces destructive cult and the containment of it , then analyses the present situation of legislation against destructive cult and the defects of relevant laws in contemporary China, Lastly the article gives some advice on perfecting the legislation.
