摘要
介绍了差动调幅式电感测微仪的工作原理,分析了影响二次测量电路精度的因素,在此基础上提出了利用自稳幅技术以及波形改善技术、全波数字相敏检波技术以及软件部分的数字滤波、线性补偿技术来改善测量精度的措施。实验结果表明,采用上述改进措施,测量精度有了显著的提高。
The principle of the differential amplitudemodulated inductance sensor is introduced and the factors affecting the precision of the secondary measuring circuit is analyzed. Then some techniques are combined to improve the measuring precision, such as the selffixed amplitude technique, waveformmending technique, full digital phase sensitivity detection technique, as well as digital filter and linearity compensation technique in the software. The experiments show that the measuring precision has been greatly enhanced using these techniques.
