摘要
分析了基于ISA总线接口的π网络法石英晶片电参数测量原理、石英晶片的等效电路和使用π网络法测量石英晶片电参数的基本原理,提出了一种使用直接数字频率合成器(DDS)作为激励信号源的方法和以此为基础实现石英晶片电参数计算机测量系统结构的途径;使用VisualC++6.0多线程、动态贴图、实时数据库等技术设计了测量系统计算机应用软件,设计了用多线程进行数据采集的实现思路和关键程序,用动态贴图技术实现。通过分析石英晶片频率特性,获得其谐振频率、寄生频率、相对活力、杂波数等多种电参数。研究结果表明,用π网络法设计的石英晶体电参数计算机测量系统,测量精度高,系统性能稳定、可靠。
The principle of electrical measuring for quartz were analysed by the method of π network based on ISA bus, a way to use direct digital synthesizer(DDS) as stimulate source and shows the structure of the computer measurement system were provided. Muti-thread and real time database technology of Visual C++ 6.0 were used to develop the software of the system and provide the main idea and the key program code of the data acquisition using muti-thread method. The code to realize beautiful parameters display pictures using dynamic pasting pictures technology was given out. The electrical parameters such as resonate frequency, incidental frequency, relative activity and spurious coefficient etc were gotten by the crystal quartz frequency response analysis. The results show that the apparatus based on the method has good performance and high precision and excellent reliability.
