继代培养中烟草愈伤组织分化能力和染色体的变异 被引量:2

摘要 具有分化能力的烟草花粉植株叶片愈伤组织,经过13个月的继代培养,其分化能力随继代次数的增加而逐渐丧失。与此同时,单倍体细胞逐渐减少,产生大量多倍体和非整倍体细胞。发现不同激素水平的处理,对愈伤组织的分化和染色体数目变异的效应也不同。 With the procession of thirteen month's subculture, the differentiating ability of the callus, coming from tobacco anther-cultured-plant's leaf and having differentiating ability, was found to reduced gradually. Meanwhile the ratio of haploid cell in the callus dropped gradually, and a lot of polyploid and aneuploid cells appeared. It was observed that the treatments of different hormone concentrations had the different effects on the differentiation and chromosome variation of the callus.
