摘要
目的 :对独角莲种子进行脂肪酸和氨基酸含量测定的研究。方法 :采用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪 ( GC- MS)和日立 835 - 5 0型氨基酸分析仪。结果 :从独角莲种子中分离出 4种脂肪酸和 1 6种氨基酸。结论 :独角莲种子中含 2种不饱和脂肪酸和 7种必需氨基酸 。
Objective: To study the fatty acid and amino aicd in the seeds of Typhonium giganteum Engl. Methods: The fatty acids and amino acids in the seeds of Typhonium giganteum Engl. were studied by means of GS MS and amino acid automatic analysis machine. Results: The seeds were detected to have four kinds of fatty acids and sixteen kinds of amino acids. Conclusion: There were two kinds of unsaturated acids and seven kinds of essential amino acids in the sedds of Tyhonium giganteum Engl.
