摘要
基于Matlab,文中提出了压铸镁合金气孔平均直径、气孔分布均匀性和气孔所占面积百分比等参数的定量分析思路,编程分析了实际试样的气孔参数,实测了各试样的密度。结果表明各试样的气孔所占面积百分比与试样的密度存在着较好的反比关系,从侧面验证了思路的可行性。
Quantitative analysis of pores for die casting magnesium alloy was put forward in this paper based on Matlab software, the parameters of pores include the average diameter, distributing uniformity and area percent of pores. The parameters of pores and density of some samples were measured. The results showed that the density of sample was inverse ratio to the area percent of pores, it validated the feasibility of our ideas indirectly.
