急性脑卒中患者的营养状况与评定 被引量:6

摘要 在急性脑卒中患者中存在相当数量的营养不良,其发生率在8%~35%。卒中病人由于受神经功能缺损等多种因素影响,可能更易发生营养不良。营养不良影响卒中后病程的发展和预后。本文就急性卒中病人的营养状况;如何进行营养评定;营养状况的影响因素;及与预后的相关性作一介绍。
