摘要
为了解决某自行火炮药筒抛出时能量过大、易发生危险的问题 ,建立了该火炮后坐部分的实体模型 ,并运用多刚体动力学理论和第一类拉格朗日方程 ,建立了该火炮抽筒抛壳过程的动力学模型 ,借助多体动力学分析软件ADAMS ,对抽筒抛壳过程进行了动力学仿真计算 ,得到了不同情况下该机构的运动规律 ,通过对结果进行比较 ,从中选出了最佳方案 ,为该机构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to control the gun's opening block process and ejecting container process, it establishes the dynamic equations based on multi-body theory and the Lagrange equations of the first kind, achieves the dynamic simulation with Adams, and obtains the dynamic responses on different conditions. By comparing the dynamic results, it shows the best scheme, puts forward a few significant conclusions to optimize this mechanism.
