Co-Design of Monolithically Integrated Photo-Detector and Optical-Receiver

摘要 A behavioral model of the photodiode is presented.The model describes the relationship between photocurrent and incident optical power,and it also illustrates the impact of the reverse bias to the variation of the junction capacitance.According to this model,the photodiode and a CMOS receiver circuit are simulated and designed simultaneously under a universal circuit simulation environment. 建立了光电探测器的行为模型 .此模型描述了注入光功率与光生电流的关系 ,以及反偏电压对光生电流与结电容的影响 .给出了在统一的 SPICE设计环境中对光电子器件与电路协同设计的方法 ,并对光电探测器与 CMOS接收机电路进行了设计 .
