摘要
针对石门电厂锅炉水冷壁存在的高温腐蚀现象 ,通过高温腐蚀垢样分析断定硫化物型高温腐蚀 ,从煤的含硫量、煤质特性、炉内切圆大小、一次风气流偏转贴墙情况、煤粉细度等方面分析了水冷壁发生高温腐蚀的原因 ,研究认为靠近水冷壁的还原性气氛是造成高温腐蚀的重要原因 ,针对具体原因 ,提出了一次风反切、侧边风技术。
In the view of high temperature corrosion on water cooled wall in the furnace, the type of high temperature corrosion was described by analyzing corrosive product. Several aspects of high temperature corrosion on the water cooled walls were investigated such as the content of sulfur, circle diameter, velocity of primary air, coal quantity, fineness of pulverized coal. The main reason of the high temperature corrosion was the near-wall reducing gas. Some measures were put forward to improve it.
