抛物量子阱中界面声子对极化子能量的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF INTERFACE OPTICAL PHONONS ON THE ENERGY OF THE POLARON IN PARABOLIC QUANTUM WELL

摘要 采用LLP中间耦合方法,对抛物量子阱中极化子能量和电子-声子相互作用对极化子能量的影响进行了研究.计算中不仅考虑了电子与局域LO声子相互作用,而且还考虑了电子与四支界面声子的相互作用.研究结果表明,抛物量子阱中电子-声子相互作用对极化子能量的贡献很明显,阱宽较小时,电子与界面IO声子耦合起重要作用,而在宽阱中,电子与局域LO声子耦合起重要作用. The energy of the polaron and the effects of the electron-optical phonon interaction in parabolic quantum well (PQW)structures are studied by means of LLP's method.The influence of more complicated interface optical (IO) phonons as well as the confined bulk longitudinal optical (LO) phonons are included in considering the electron-phonon interaction. The research result shows that the contribution of the electron-phonon interaction to the energy of the polaron is very obvious in the whole range.The IO phonon contribution is more important in the narrow wells and the confined LO phonon contribution is more important in the wider wells.
