摘要
采用文献资料、归纳综合、逻辑分析等研究方法,阐述了校本课程与国家课程的改革潮流;论证了实行三级课程管理体系的构想和权责分配以及开发模式,提出了实现体育三级课程管理体系的改革建议。这对于我国当前的基础教育改革具有积极意义,对于贯彻、实施体育校本课程开发与三级课程管理体系具有参考价值。
Adopting the research methods of literature review, inductive synthesis, and logical analysis, this article expounds the reform trend of school-based curriculum and demonstrates the conception of the three-grade curriculum management, deviation of authority and responsibility and its development model. The study is significant for the present elementary education reform in China and provides references for implementing school-based curriculum development and the three-grade curriculum management system.
