摘要
回顾历史上曾有过的各种人性假设,探究其与高等教育管理理论之间的关系,对于我们把握理论演化的轨迹具有重大的意义。选取历史上几个有代表性的人性假设与高等教育管理理论进行分析,可以揭示各种管理理论背后所隐藏的人性基础。
Reviewing various humanity assumptions in history and probing into their relation to the theory of higher education management should be of significance for us to master the course of the theoretical evolution. An analysis on some of the representative humanity assumptions in history and the theory of higher education management may reveal the humanity foundation existing in of all kinds of management theories.
