摘要
目的 观察柴苓汤合桃红四物汤对肾病综合征高脂血症的治疗作用。方法 84例患者随机分为 2组 ,两组均行常规治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上予柴苓汤合桃红四物汤汤剂口服 ,对照组给予辛伐他汀口服 ,于治疗前后检测患者TC ,TG和HDL -C变化。结果 两组TC和TG均明显降低 ,HDL -C均明显升高 ,但治疗组在降低TG和升高HDL -C方面优于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5)。
Objective It is to observe the therapeutic action of Chail ing decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction on hyperlipermia in nephritic syndrome.Methods Eighty-four patients were randomly divided into treatme nt group and cont rol group. Both groups were treated with routine therapy. Additionally, the trea tment group was given Chailing decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction and the cont rol group was given simvastatin. The changes of TC, TG and HDL-C in two groups w ere detected before and after treatment.Results TC and TG in two groups were decreased significan tly after treatment, while HDL-C was increased significantly. The treatmen t group was superior to the c ontrol group in decreasing TG and increasing HDL-C (P<0.05).Conclusion Chailing decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction have be tter effect on hyperlipermia in nephritic syndrome.
