摘要
浙江省三批杉木双亲本子代测定林,交配设计为分组不连续的半双列杂交,共149个组合。方差分析和配合力显著性测定结果表明:组合间树高、胸径、材积生长差异显著或极显著,这种差异主要由一般配合力(gca)即基因加性效应引起,基因非加性效应也起一定作用;组合间木材密度性状也存在显著差异,但主要由特殊配合力(sca)即基因非加性效应决定。筛选出25个优良杂交组合,4~6年生树高、胸径、材积的遗传增益分别达7.0~21.1%、12.3~30.2%、28.4~54.2%。
Measuring forest of parent filial generation of three batches of Chinese fir
in Zhejiang,mating projection and combination into half-diallel cross and there are 149 comb-
inations. The measuring result to analysis of variance and significance of combining ability
showes: growth diversity of tree height, normal diameter and wood volume in combination
are notable or very notable,this diversity is mainly caused by general combining ability that
is additive gene effect, non-additive gene effect takes some effect too; properties of wood
density in combination exists notable diversity too, but it is mainly decided hy special com-
bining ability that is non-additive gene effect. Screening out 25 fine hybridized combination,
genetic gain of height, normal diameter and wood volume of 4~6 years old trees reach resp-
ectively 7.0~21.1%, 12.3~30.2% and 28.4~54.2%.
