摘要
根据电机的基本理论,首先提出了汽轮发电机定子铁心温度与发电机的有功功率、无功功率、电枢端电压、铁心周围冷却介质温度等运行参数相关的数学模型,然后利用发电机各种正常运行工况下的大量数据,采用最小二乘法对定子铁心温度模型中的参数进行了辨识。利用辨识得到的定子铁心温度模型即可计算发电机在各种正常运行状态下定子铁心温度的标准值,以实现发电机的状态监测和早期故障诊断。最后以邢台电厂的 QFSN-220-2 型汽轮发电机为例对定子铁心温度模型进行了验证,结果表明该温度模型是正确的。
In accordance with the basic theory of machine, the temperature model of stator iron-core in turbogenerator is firstly presented. The temperature of stator iron-core is related with the active power, reactive power, stator voltage and temperature of cooling material etc. The parameters of the temperature model of stator iron-core are identified using the Method of Least-Squares. The temperature model can be used to the determination of standard temperature of stator iron-core on various operating conditions in order to monitor generator operating and diagnosis faults. In the end, the temperature model is verified to be correct with the QFSN-220-2 turbo- generator in Xingtai power plant,China.
