跨文化交际产生了语言与文化的融合。借词就是文化融合的体现。英语中汉语借词的历史悠久、借入途径广泛、借入方式多样。了解英语中的汉语借词对中国文化传播和加强国际间的交流与合作起着重要的作用。
Intercultural communications lead to the blend of culture and language.Loan words embody the main characteristics of intercultural blend. This paper discusses the Chinese borrowings in English from the aspects of their history, ways being borrowed, changes etc.
