将喹乙醇添加剂分三组不同添加量进行了为期39天的一冬龄草鱼饲养试验,结果表明,草鱼的尾增重量以50ppm组最高,经Duncan's新复极差检验结果,50ppm组与150ppm组及对照组比较,均具有99%的高度显著差异,与100ppm组比较具有95%的显著差异。草鱼成活率试验组高于对照组5—10%。喹乙醇属低毒产品,使用安全,三种不同添加量对草鱼的肥满度指标无显著影响,而对提高肌肉蛋白质含量,降低脂肪含量有一定的作用。添加量为50ppm时,试验鱼的11项血液生化指标测定值均属于或接近正常范围。
A feeding experiment on Grass Carp fingerlings (with mean body weight of 61.2g/ind.) was conducted for 39 days in 4 groups of concrete tanks indoors. Fish fed the formulated pellets with 50 ppm supplemental HMQ showed the best growth performance(37.6g/ind. weight gain). Duncan's multiple range test showed that the weight gain for the fish fed pellets with 50 ppm supplemental HMQ was significantly different from those of 150 ppm HMQ group (p 0.01), contral group (p 0.01) and 100 ppm HMQ group (p 0.05). The survival rate of grass carp for the experimental groups was 5-10% higher than that of the contral group. The drug(HMQ), as a low-toxicity product, was safe for application in fish feed. The HMQ supplement in the formulated pellets caused no obvious effect on the fullness of the fish, but it could cause its protein content to be raised and fat content lowered to some extent. All the blood biochemical indices determined for the fish fed pellets with 50 ppm supplemental HMQ were approximately in the range of normal values.
