摘要
阐述了活性染料冷轧堆染色的操作要点 ,包括染料的选用、仿样的方法以及工艺要点。对引起色差、色点、斑渍以及布面发毛等常见问题的原因及克服办法进行了分析 。
This article analyzed the operation in cold pad-batch dyeing with reactive dye, including dyes choose, sampling method etc. The reasons of problems caused by reactive cold pad-batch dyeing were analyzed and discussed, and their solution methods were also presented.
